This two-day workshop is designed for grades 3-5 teachers to explore how high-quality picture books and texts can inspire learning across life, physical, and earth sciences. Participants will experience standards-aligned science lessons using the 5E instructional model while making connections between science and ELA. Educators will examine strategies to promote student discourse through three-dimensional teaching and learning.
