Students came from Edgecombe County, Durham County, Halifax County, and Wake County Public Schools. Activities included touring Lenovo's Executive Briefing Center, learning about design thinking, educational boards, UX and accessibility, a STEAM rotation station, and hands-on work with microprocessors including connecting Arduino Pis to LED lights and laptops. The event was part of Lenovo's seventh Global Month of Service. Lenovo has donated over $40,000 to the MSEN program over three years.
