Camp Fitch YMCA Summer Camp

Camp Fitch YMCA is a co-ed summer camp serving under-served communities. Founded in 1914, the camp serves over 16,000 people annually through resident summer camp, classroom field trips, retreats and outdoor adventures. The camp focuses on building character and lasting relationships in an outdoor setting on the shores of Lake Erie. Staff positions include waterfront activities, general counseling, youth work, and support roles. Staff receive regular time off including evenings and 24-hour weekend leaves.

Since 1941, the WV State Conservation Camp has welcomed youth from all over the state. The goal is to acquaint West Virginia youth with the social and economic values of natural resources and environment, create a desire to save and defend these resources, and develop future conservation leaders. The César E. Chávez Leadership Institute (CCLI) is a summer experience for rising juniors and seniors who want to grow as leaders and make a difference in their communities. Students spend time on Arizona State University's Tempe campus building leadership skills, learning about civic engagement, and exploring the lasting impact of César Chávez's work.
