Southeastern Plant Symposium

A two-day symposium held every June geared towards horticulturists, home gardeners, plant industry professionals, and all plant nerds & plantaholics alike. Features prominent plant people from all over the world delivering presentations on innovations and introductions in horticulture. Includes plant breeders, plant explorers, designers, researchers, nurseryfolk, and other experts. Features a Rare Plant Auction with plants displayed throughout the event space. Alternates focus biennially between herbaceous plants in even-numbered years and woody plants in odd years. Includes dinner with presentation on day one. Since 1993, this fundraising event has raised over $1 million in total contributions to the Pennsylvania Friends of Agriculture Foundation.
