The Education and Business Leaders' Summit focuses on AI in the Workplace. Hosted by STEP (Strategic Twin-Counties Education Partnership), an organization improving educational opportunities for students in the Twin Counties area cradle to career by facilitating collaboration between schools, community colleges, community-based organizations, and employers. EMS Corps Commencement ceremony at Mt. Diablo Adult Education. EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Corps is a career and technical education program. The event runs from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time on September 23, 2026.

Learn AI Skills. Launch Your Future. An 8-week online program built for real results with mentor sessions for one hour per week. Weeks 1-4 build strong foundations for using AI tools responsibly and effectively. Weeks 5-8 focus on a major-aligned capstone plus a shadow internship pathway. Students choose a capstone in their intended major and produce a project they can reference in college applications. Organized by SHIP AI Labs.

Annual fundraising breakfast for ACE Mentor Program of New Hampshire. Event runs 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM ET and features networking with NH's leading AEC (architecture, construction, engineering) professionals, student presentations, and program impact stories. Registration and payment handled through BirdEase with invoices emailed automatically. Multiple sponsorship tiers available. ACE NH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; sponsorships are tax-deductible.

10-week Electrical Lineworker Training Program designed to prepare students for careers as electrical linemen. Includes pole setting/climbing, installing equipment, electric theory, safety training, commercial driving, and CDL training. 400 hours total with 350 hours credited toward apprenticeship. Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm, Friday online work.

KSSB presentation on transition planning for students with visual impairments. Session begins at 1:00 pm CT.

Class A CDL training runs Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from Oct. 12 to Dec. 17, 2026. Training covers classroom instruction (CDL permit & endorsement, driver qualification, federal safety regulations, air brake training, cargo handling, etc.), range driving (pre-trip inspection, backing techniques, coupling/uncoupling), and road driving. Students take their final road test at the RichmondCC facility—no DMV visit required. Scholarships may be available for self-pay students. Students must bring required documents and payment to either Hamlet or Scotland County Campus to register.

Colorado TSA Fall Leadership Conference. TSA (Technology Student Association) is a national organization that fosters interest and skills in technology and engineering among students, providing opportunities for personal growth, technical skill development, and career-connected learning through curricular activities, competitive events, and related programs.

This workshop, offered by Chester County Library in conjunction with the United Way Financial Stability Center, will review fundamentals of writing a resume: format, content, tips and tricks, required and optional sections, etc. We'll review example resumes and discuss online and print resume resources. This hybrid program is offered in-person at PA CareerLink and virtually on Zoom. Registration is required and must be submitted through CareerLink. A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the morning of the event. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.

BioNetwork hosts Career Fairs in partnership with biopharmaceutical and life science companies in North Carolina. The event runs from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time on October 20, 2026. BioNetwork is the Life Science Training Initiative of the North Carolina Community College System, providing industry-driven economic and workforce development for the biotechnology and life science industries.

Careers on Wheels is an event where local businesses and community organizations help more than 2,000 sixth graders explore future careers. Sector Partnerships Pau Hana with a Purpose. Bringing together industry, education, and community partners to celebrate past successes and collaborate on a shared vision for the future of the Sector Partnerships initiative and other critical state-wide education and workforce development infrastructure. 5:00-7:00 PM HST. Industry-led, community-supported workforce development collaborative meeting focused on Engineering sector workforce development in Hawaii. Participants include business leaders, educators, and community partners. 3:00-4:30 PM HST.

Annual Iowa STEM Summit bringing together hundreds of educators, industry leaders, policymakers, and STEM advocates from across Iowa in Des Moines. A full-day event for sharing bold ideas and innovative strategies, for educators and business partners to come together around the shared goal of creating better STEM education opportunities for Iowa students. Registration expected to open in mid-September 2026 (September 17 per the upcoming events section).

Also known as the Medallion Fund Scholarship program, this opportunity is for students of any age pursuing short-term vocational or technical studies in fields such as automotive technology, plumbing, heating, construction, advanced manufacturing, computer repair, licensed nursing assistant, etc. Preference given to applicants in traditional manufacturing trades (plumbing, electrical, construction, machining), applicants with a clear vision for career goals, those with few prior educational opportunities, and those who have made a financial commitment to their program. Citizenship is not considered. Applicants notified within six weeks of submission.

FES High School Scholarship for 2026-2027. Applicants must be high school seniors enrolled in a Florida school, US citizens or permanent residents, have at least a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale, and meet minimum SAT/ACT scores. To be awarded, the student must enroll in an ABET-accredited engineering program. Submission deadline is February 15, 2027. Application will be posted in December 2026.
