Trade your Pokémon cards and battle with new friends. Bring your own deck. Learn how to spot counterfeit cards, identify Pokémon cards using an online database and determine their value, and build a deck worthy of legend. Game Camp Nation - Summer 2026

Game Camp is more than just a place to play - it's where aspiring creators turn ideas into reality. Campers gain hands-on development experience as they learn game design, programming and digital art. From concept to playable game, campers don't just imagine games - they build them. From brainstorming ideas to coding mechanics and designing characters, they explore every stage of game creation. With guidance from experienced instructors and collaboration with peers, they develop real skills that bring their creative visions to life. Tools include Aseprite, Blender, GoDot, Python. Also includes leadership development where creating great games takes teamwork, and Game Camp teaches campers how to lead through hands-on leadership experiences.

Hybrid: Resume Writing and the Job Search

This workshop, offered by Chester County Library in conjunction with the United Way Financial Stability Center, will review fundamentals of writing a resume: format, content, tips and tricks, required and optional sections, etc. We'll review example resumes and discuss online and print resume resources. This hybrid program is offered in-person at PA CareerLink and virtually on Zoom. Registration is required and must be submitted through CareerLink. A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the morning of the event. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.
