Covers basic exercise physiology, dog training, gait training, strengthening exercises, balance and proprioceptive exercises. Students will demonstrate understanding of concepts from online coursework and participate in mock classes. 27 contact hours total. Registration starts at 8:30am, course runs 9:00am-6:00pm daily. Students may bring approved dogs or work with provided dogs. Course taught in English.

Class A CDL training runs Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from Oct. 12 to Dec. 17, 2026. Training covers classroom instruction (CDL permit & endorsement, driver qualification, federal safety regulations, air brake training, cargo handling, etc.), range driving (pre-trip inspection, backing techniques, coupling/uncoupling), and road driving. Students take their final road test at the RichmondCC facility—no DMV visit required. Scholarships may be available for self-pay students. Students must bring required documents and payment to either Hamlet or Scotland County Campus to register.

This hands-on, laboratory-based introductory workshop provides a broad overview of basic concepts in pulp and paper manufacturing, including pulping, bleaching, chemical recovery, recycling, papermaking and converting. Course consists of morning presentations and afternoon hands-on laboratory and pilot-plant exercises. Participants will run pilot plant paper machines and conduct various lab experiments. Intended to allow certified stormwater inspection and maintenance professionals to maintain their certification with updates on regulations, maintenance requirements, inspection criteria, and new technologies.
