Women Can Do 2026

Women Can Do is an annual, one-day trades and STEM career exploration conference for high school girls (and non-binary/gender-expansive youth comfortable in a girl-centered space). Hundreds of students attend each year to meet local employers, learn to use a variety of tools and equipment, and explore education and career pathways. The event features an Action Expo where students gain hands-on experience in STEM and trades fields using tools and equipment while talking with industry professionals, and a Resource Hall offering services and support organizations to prepare students for life after high school, including businesses offering information about internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities.
