Sustainable Food and the Ocean

6-day overnight camp for students in grades 10-12 exploring the deep connections between food, health, and the environment. Activities include hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art food science lab studying fermented foods, microbiome health, chemistry of pickles and jams, and preparing protein-rich meat substitutes.
