Annual two-day program for middle and high school STEM teachers, Vo-Ag teachers, and Extension Agents to educate about Georgia's poultry industry. Includes hands-on labs and curriculum covering breed identification, anatomy, nutrition, health, embryology, processing, food safety and more. Required prerequisite for Avian Academy II. Cannot register for both Academy I and II in the same year.
