15-week immersive, hands-on course (UCI 1035: Classroom / UCI 1036: Online) preparing learners for Healthcare IT Support Specialist or Clinical Systems Support Technician roles. Topics include Healthcare Systems & Interoperability (EHRs, PACS, HL7, FHIR), Compliance and Data Security (HIPAA, HITECH, PHI), IT Support Fundamentals (hardware, networking, operating systems), and Certification & AI Integration. Certifications earned: CompTIA A+, Google AI Professional Certificate. Also available online (remote). Full-time commitment, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
