A research-focused course at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus for high school students (grades 10-12). The program includes introduction to biomedical laboratory techniques, visits to cutting edge facilities, exploring the ethics of biomedical research, learning about research careers, meeting scientists, and developing scientific research proposals. Students will work with safety guidelines, experimental protocols, and lab notebooks. Scholarship support is available with applications due May 1, 2026. Program runs June 1-12, 9am-4pm daily. The Wilson College of Textiles Summer Textile Exploration Program (STEP) consists of four one-week sessions for rising high school seniors interested in learning about the textile industry, fashion, engineering, polymer science and business marketing. Students will explore marketing, engineering, design or chemistry with hands-on projects, live in residence halls, tour industry manufacturers and brands, and connect with students, alumni, faculty and staff. Four sessions available: Week 1: June 7-12, Week 2: June 14-19, Week 3: June 21-26, Week 4: July 5-10.

A 5-day residential camp hosted by the WKU Department of Finance and WKU's Center for Financial Success. Students will learn personal finance skills, visit local financial planning firms, participate in business networking, learn about using AI in finance and business, investing basics, and compete in financial planning competitions.
