Those who complete the program will be recognized by the Board of Commissioners on May 18, 2026. Applications will open in early 2026. Open to residents, employees, or business owners 16+ years old, and all Rockingham Community College students regardless of residency.

Participants can run for office, pass legislation in the actual House of Representatives, compete in athletics and team-building exercises, and have opportunities for exceptional delegates to attend Boys' Nation in Washington DC.
