Two-week series of events designed to spark curiosity and engage learners in grades pre-K through 12th grade, along with their families. Focus areas include science, engineering, technology, the arts, reading, outdoor learning and more. Events hosted by schools, libraries, museums, local businesses, nonprofits and community groups across West Virginia. Partnership with WVU Extension will deliver activities focused on literacy and health to rural communities. Theme: 'Wonder, Explore, and Learn Together.'

The César E. Chávez Leadership Institute (CCLI) is a summer experience for rising juniors and seniors who want to grow as leaders and make a difference in their communities. Students spend time on Arizona State University's Tempe campus building leadership skills, learning about civic engagement, and exploring the lasting impact of César Chávez's work. Through hands-on activities and group experiences, students will gain confidence, learn how to use their voice, and take steps toward high school completion and future college opportunities. Program runs June 21-24, 2026. Eligibility: Applicants entering the 11th or 12th grade in Fall 2026 are eligible to apply. While no minimum GPA is required for eligibility, eligible students should demonstrate a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
