Boating for Beginners
Become a PA state-certified boat operator. The certificate earned is PA state authorized and is accepted in all states where required for the operation of powered vessels including personal watercraft (jet skis, etc.). Class will provide an introduction to boating; equipment, safety, emergencies and general regulatory information. This is the minimum eight-hour requirement for state certificate. Class is for Ages 12+; children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
