Flight & Rocket Camp

From the earliest flying machines to the first rocket flights, this hands-on program will give children a bird's eye view of the history and science of flight. Your child will build many different flying devices and explore the science of aerodynamics and flight with the help of Newton's laws. Then we're heading out of the atmosphere with a look at rockets and our galactic neighborhood! 5 sessions of 3 hours each. Ages 7-12.

STEM Adventures: Robotics & Motion

Biweekly program where campers can build and program robots with LEGO® and other materials or explore motion and physics, experimenting with velocity, acceleration, and Newton's Laws through mini vehicles and g-force projects. Both tracks include a field trip to the Franklin Institute to see robotics and motion in action. Space is limited. Program runs 9 am - 4 pm EST.
