In this workshop, Junior Girl Scouts discover the simple machines that make up cranes and are introduced to ideas in mechanical engineering. SparkLab Launch at Mooresville High School

TDS Telecommunications LLC has awarded a $10,000 TDS STEM-Ed grant to Mooresville High School to launch a new SparkLab - a cutting-edge learning space designed to prepare students for careers in tech. The lab will feature high-performance workstations for AI, game design, and cybersecurity projects, collaborative displays, networking upgrades, AV equipment for hybrid learning, robotics and maker-tech kits, and various tech accessories.
