What We Actually Learned Implementing Mindfulness in Schools

Most mindfulness sessions tell you why it's good. This one tells you what happens when you actually try to implement it. After running mindfulness cohorts in schools in NYC and Texas across two years--we learned that the curriculum is the easy part. The hard part is adoption, sustainability, and what teachers actually need versus what we think they need. We'll share real data (MAAS scores, retention rates), honest failures, and the structural changes we made between school one and school two.
