Introduction to Engineering & Mechatronics

A comprehensive 6-day residential program for rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Students will explore engineering foundations including mechanical, chemical, civil, electrical, industrial, and mechatronics fields. The program focuses on hands-on robotics activities including building and customizing BOE-Bots, C++ programming, sensor integration, and culminates in a featherweight sumo-bot competition. Students reside in campus residence halls and dine in campus dining facilities. Registration is through the Camp Doc platform and open until all spaces are filled.
