The Chip Moody Consider Engineering Program
A challenging and rewarding four-day overnight summer program for high school juniors to get a taste of college life and what it takes to be an engineer. Students participate in exciting engineering experiments, problem solving challenges, and networking with faculty, practicing engineers, and fellow campers. Program is offered three times in July to groups of 44 students. Students must excel in math and science and demonstrate communication and leadership skills. Only half the applicants gain admission. Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from campus. Three session dates available: July 12-15, July 19-22, or July 26-29, 2026.
