Designing the Partnership Ecosystem: Five Systems Missions

What if partnerships worked like ecosystems--adaptive, intentional, and built to lift entire systems? In this immersive workshop, participants become boundary-spanning "agents," completing five design missions: The Connector, The Broker, The Buffer, The Coordinator, and The Innovator. Each mission unlocks a new way to build systems that connect education, industry, and community around shared purpose. Blending research, design thinking, and play, this session turns collaboration into strategy. Attendees leave with a blueprint for designing ecosystems that sustain innovation and measurable impact.
