RYLA 2026 - Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Week 1

RYLA is an intense and challenging program for high school juniors and seniors, designed to engender passion, resilience, determination, mental toughness, gratitude and compassion. The program includes leadership development, character building through Grizzly Creek Ranch Ropes Course, and instills the value of Service above Self. Middle School Leadership Program

The Middle School Leadership Program at the Academy of Notre Dame aims to give young women skills and confidence both inside and outside the classroom, empowering the next generation of leaders. Rising 4th through 8th graders will participate in activities that will develop and enhance their leadership skills. During the leadership program, students can expect to do some of the following: practice public speaking in front of their peers, challenge themselves in a ropes course, participate in service-learning, and develop verbal skills to set boundaries in self-defense. This Leadership Program is devoted to creating more opportunities for young women to find their voice - and have fun along the way! Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, July 6-9
