An excellent resource for sharpening your mind, the Academic Enrichment Camps give students from grades 3-8 the opportunity to expand their knowledge in specific subjects. Students will be engaged in interactive virtual learning on Zoom and enrich their learning in mathematics, language arts, science, or social studies every weekday for two weeks. Daily subject lessons are 50 minutes long. Access to the internet and an electronic device such as a laptop or Chromebook is needed.

A 27-hour virtual hands-on laboratory course for the Certified Canine Strength and Conditioning Coach Program. The course provides participants with hands-on experience in canine posture assessment, exercise form, and program design with live dogs. Students will demonstrate understanding of correct exercise form, ability to train desired exercises, foundation exercises, posture evaluation, exercise selection, and program design. The course includes mock classes, private lesson demonstrations, and covers exercise physiology, dog training, gait training, strengthening exercises, balance and proprioceptive exercises, and wellness/prevention exercises. Online lectures for CSCC I must be completed before attending labs.

Virtual version of the Blender camp teaching 3D computer graphics. Students must download and test Blender software before camp. Same curriculum as in-person camp covering 3D modeling, rendering, and animation. Students can work on projects individually or with friends.

A virtual, introductory program for Michigan high school sophomores and juniors that introduces students to careers in cancer care, cancer research, and oncology-related fields. Includes hands-on exposure to genetic drosophila research through partnership with eCLOSE institute, patient case study projects, faculty lectures, panel discussions, and skill-building workshops. Features optional on-campus orientation bootcamp on June 15-16, two weeks of virtual programming July 13-24, mentorship from oncology professionals, at-home lab kits, and optional monthly enrichment activities during the academic year. Students receive a $500 stipend upon completion.

Participants will be guided through standardized canine posture assessment, exercise form, and program design with live dogs. The course covers basic exercise physiology, dog training, gait training, strengthening exercises, balance and proprioceptive exercises, and wellness/prevention exercises. Students will demonstrate understanding of concepts learned in the online portion, practice with dogs, participate in mock classes, and learn to conduct private lessons both in-person and online. Schedule: Registration 8:30am PST, Course 9:00am-6:00pm PST daily from November 20-22, 2026. Prerequisites: Online lectures for CSCC I must be completed before attending labs. Course taught in English.
