20th Annual Bart Jacob Memorial Youth Turkey Calling Contest

All youth are invited to enter the 20th Annual Bart Jacob Memorial Youth Turkey Calling Contest, sponsored by Oxbow Mountain 4-H Club and underwritten by the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department. Doors open at 10:00 a.m., contest begins at 11 a.m. Participants are encouraged to register by Friday, April 10 and walk-in participants are welcome. Prizes will be awarded for First, Second, and Third Place in each age. Lunch will be available for purchase and the Tea Cup Auction is back. There will be a drawing to win a shotgun for all participants (ages 8-18) who enter the contest.

Vermont Rural Water Conference & Trade Show 2026

Training sessions to earn up to 3.5 water and wastewater credit hours, trade show with industry vendors, luncheon with annual membership meeting, and Tony Torchia Award ceremony. Trade show runs 8 am to 3 pm. Training class times: 8:30-9:30 am, 10-11:30 am, and 1:30-2:30 pm. Includes Vermont Drinking Water Week Committee taste test competition. Camp Koda - Summer Day Camp

Camp Koda is a co-ed summer day camp for kids who have completed kindergarten to age 12. Each week follows a theme and includes hands-on learning with social emotional learning, water play, physical skill building, STEM, and the ARTS through individual, small, and large group activities. 8 weeks available from June 22 - August 14, 2026.
