Monday Meetups: Video Gamers In-Person

Monday Meetups for ages 7-11 are all about fun and games. But they are also all about fostering social and emotional well-being in every participant. In every iteration, this program strives to empower each participant through cognitive challenges, positive social interaction, and active learning. Each meetup is planned with micro learning lessons, while still allowing for student choice to drive the direction of the day's activity in a fun, low pressure environment. Superhero Mental Muscles (Preschool Ages 4-5)

Every great superhero needs more than just their special abilities - they need strong mental muscles: focus, impulse control, social awareness and self-regulation. Through games, obstacle courses and team challenges, your hero-in-training will build the cognitive confidence needed to tackle Kindergarten and save the day! Camp Crinkleroot - Spring Camp

Now in its fifteenth year, Camp Crinkleroot serves children ages 8-14 who have an autism diagnosis or similar developmental disorder. Spring camp is a weekend day camp focused on building friendships through recreational and creative activities. Includes family potluck on Friday 5:30-7:00pm, full day Saturday, and afternoon Sunday. Features camp songs, skits, group games, treasure hunts, and free play. Siblings invited. Each camper paired 1:1 with App State student counselor. Staffed by trained volunteers and faculty.

Creative Discovery Camp
