Three-module genomics camp for high school students 16+ and college students. Module 1: Computational Biology (June 15-19 at U of M, July 6-10 at U of M, or July 27-31 at Scripps). Module 2: Biotechnology Sequencing (July 13-17, hybrid format). Module 3: Analyzing Your Genome (August 3-7, hybrid format at Scripps). Students learn disease research, next generation sequencing, and analyze their own sequenced genome using real scientific tools. Includes access to University of Michigan's Great Lakes computing cluster. New for 2026: machine learning to predict ABO blood types. Prerequisites: High school biology, 16+ years old. Computer with internet required.
