High School Journalism Workshop

The E.W. Scripps School of Journalism's annual workshop for high school journalism students and advisers started in 1946 and is one of the oldest programs in the nation. Open to high school students from rising sophomores to recent graduates. Workshop tracks include news reporting and writing, broadcast, magazine, public relations and media relations, visual storytelling, sports writing, podcasting, and sports broadcasting. The five-day program runs from July 12-16, 2026, with activities including campus tours, keynote speakers, data journalism sessions, media law sessions, baseball games, and project presentations.

J'COB College Experience Summer Program

A transformative, week-long residential opportunity for rising high school seniors designed to inspire the next generation of business leaders. The program combines experiential learning, teamwork, and campus immersion. Students are introduced to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and develop creative problem-solving skills.
