Celebration of Life for Former Mathematics Professor Teddy Einstein

A celebration of life for former Swarthmore mathematics professor Eduard 'Teddy' Einstein, who was tragically killed in a bicycle accident on Dec. 3. Einstein was a visiting professor in the mathematics and statistics department from 2022, specializing in geometric group theory. Wright Brothers Day - 123rd Anniversary

The Wright Brothers first successfully flew a powered aircraft on December 17, 1903. Every year the First Flight Society celebrates that achievement with a morning ceremony at Wright Brothers National Memorial and a luncheon that noon. This year will be the 123rd Anniversary of the First Flight.
