MathILy Summer 2026 - Intensive Residential Mathematics Program

MathILy is an intensive residential summer program for mathematically excellent secondary students. Five weeks of maximized mathematical marvelousness where students explore and create mathematics. In MathILy classes, instructors provide the framework and students make and prove conjectures. Students will encounter new ideas, improve problem-solving skills, learn advanced mathematics, and hone thinking skills. The program is designed for students with insatiable curiosity about mathematics who are creative and enthusiastic in their approaches to learning. Participants come from all over the United States and sometimes the world. Duration: June 28 - August 1, 2026 (5 weeks). Partial attendance may be negotiated.

Equine Science Pre-College Program

A two-week intensive program for motivated young adults seeking to explore what it takes to succeed in the horse industry. Students work with horses daily, practice equine handling techniques, meet industry professionals, and complete a research project. Program includes hands-on practicums at the university's Hadley Farm Equine Center covering horse behavior, safety training, equine reproduction, stable management, nutrition basics, and farrier science. Each student adopts a horse for the duration of the program. Class time is Monday-Friday from 9 am - 4 pm. Students must bring laptop, notebook, pens/pencils, helmet, barn boots and gloves. ASTM/SEI approved helmet required when working with horses.
