Camp Fitch YMCA is a co-ed summer camp serving under-served communities. Founded in 1914, the camp serves over 16,000 people annually through resident summer camp, classroom field trips, retreats and outdoor adventures. The camp focuses on building character and lasting relationships in an outdoor setting on the shores of Lake Erie. Staff positions include waterfront activities, general counseling, youth work, and support roles. Staff receive regular time off including evenings and 24-hour weekend leaves.

Camp Koda is a co-ed summer day camp for kids who have completed kindergarten to age 12. Each week follows a theme and includes hands-on learning with social emotional learning, water play, physical skill building, STEM, and the ARTS through individual, small, and large group activities. 8 weeks available from June 22 - August 14, 2026. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Campers bring lunch and two healthy snacks each day. Financial assistance available through Vermont state subsidy.
