Summer@Brown - Course-Based Research Experiences (CREs)

Course-Based Research Experiences allowing students to conduct independent research as part of Summer@Brown program for students completing grades 9-12, ages 14-18. Multiple session formats available: 1-, 2-, and 3-week on-campus sessions, plus 5-week hybrid sessions. Students receive Digital Certificate of Completion and Course Performance Report for 2+ week courses.

Research & Statistics Camp

Five-week camp for students who will have graduated from 8th or 9th grade by Summer 2026. Students explore university-level research while working on independent inquiry. Includes Research & Inquiry, Statistics, and Technical Writing courses. Features lab tours, career speakers, and college/career exploration. Camp runs Monday-Thursday from June 15th - July 23rd, 2026, with breaks on June 18th and June 29th - July 3rd. Grade requirements: 85 minimum in Math, Science & English (80 for advanced courses), 70 minimum in all other courses. Registration requires UT Ideal Logic PREP Application, UT EID, student survey, and grade report. NOT for high school credit.
