Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS)

A free, in-person ARISS Proposal Training Workshop designed to help educators apply to the Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) program. This hands-on workshop will guide educators through the process of writing a strong, competitive proposal while building confidence in bringing authentic space science experiences into the classroom. Participants will receive expert insights from experienced ARISS contributors, take part in engaging STEM activities, and tour Challenger's newly upgraded simulators and learning spaces. Lunch will be provided. The workshop runs from 9:00am - 3:30pm with registration from 8:30-8:45am.

Resilient Futures Teacher Workshop 2026

Three-day in-person teacher workshop for middle school and high school educators. Engage with sessions on education resources, including scientist talks, lab tours, and networking sessions by CEEE, NOAA, and friends. Topics include climate science, natural hazards, water resources, climate mental health, data literacy, and more. Participants will leave with classroom-ready lessons and activities. Can receive a 20-hour PD certificate OR 1-2 Continuing Education credits from the University of Colorado Boulder upon course completion. Participants who complete the course will receive a gift card.
